A little bit about me.. first things first I am still new at tumblr so forgive me if I repeat myself. In May I went to Texas to attend by brothers graduation there were family photos taken and I could not believe had bad I let my self go. As soon as I traveled home I signed up for a gym membership and I have dedicated myself to eat clean and work out daily. On June 11,2012 I weighed 254.5 pounds my first weight in was the following Friday and I was at 248.5. My plan is to weigh in every Friday from here on out until I reach my UGW of 150. I know its a HUGE goal but as of right now I am determined to obtain it. GW1 225 GW2 200 GW3 175. I just want to thank anyone in adavnce if they decide to follow my blog. I will only follow if you are planning to lose weight the healthy and hard way... eating clean and working out.
